Construction progress is advancing on several projects. The Dewatering building's aerobic digester tanks are curing, with heaters and tarps maintaining optimal conditions. The Headworks project has completed wall pours, with blankets protecting the curing process. The Oxidation Ditch anaerobic tank is nearing its next pour, and Clarifier forms are being set for the scum pit.

Our office remains open during regular hours — Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Progress Advances on Dewatering Building: Aerobic Digester Tanks Poured and Curing Underway

A construction site for the Dewatering building, showcasing significant progress. The aerobic digester tanks are enclosed within concrete walls, with black tarps draped over portions to retain heat during the curing process. Construction workers and equipment are visible, along with formwork and materials being prepared for additional building phases.

Significant progress has been made on the Dewatering building, with concrete pours and forms advancing well. The aerobic digester tanks within the building have been poured and will harden over the next few days. Black tarps have been placed as blankets to retain heat, and heaters are used as needed, depending on temperatures, to ensure optimal concrete curing.

Headworks Project Advances with Wall Pouring

The Headworks project is making excellent progress this week. RLW has completed pouring all the walls and has applied protective blankets to ensure the curing process proceeds uninterrupted despite the cold weather.

Oxidation Ditch Anaerobic Tank Nears Next Milestone

The Clarifier forms are being set for the scum pit, and RLW is preparing for the upcoming scum pit pour.

What's next?

Next week at the Headworks, we’ll be installing more rebar and have several concrete pours scheduled. The Clarifier will see its final pour for the scum pit. The Oxidation Ditch will have a few more concrete pours, completing the radius walls, and we’ll begin installing the elevated deck shoring/forms for the ditch. We look forward to updating you next week!
