Notice of Public Hearing
You are notified that a hearing regarding a resolution to certify delinquent fees to the Boulder County Treasurer will be held by the Board of Directors of the Niwot Sanitation District at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 7395 N. 95th Street, Niwot, CO 80504.
The proposed resolution is to certify to the Boulder County Treasurer any fees in excess of $150.00 and delinquent for more than six (6) months, and reasonable penalties due for services rendered, and to have said fees and penalties collected and paid over to the Boulder County Treasurer in the same manner as taxes are authorized and collected pursuant to Section 39-10-107, C.R.S. plus a penalty to be retained by the county at a rate of thirty percent (30%) of the amount collected or thirty dollars ($30) whichever is greater.
All persons interested shall appear at such time and place and show cause in writing why the resolution should not be approved.
